Crafted with an industrial look in mind, Bateriku Podium complements the brick-and-mortar nature of the automotive industry with a set-up that embodies technological advancement and data driven capabilities.
Bateriku Podium houses our 24/7, 365 days Command Centre where our 30 strong Customer Happiness Agents grind themselves daily in keeping the pulse of the business running. The Command Centre is where all of our nationwide battery and breakdown orders are centralized when it is funnelled through multiple touchpoints including hotline numbers, website booking, apps booking, live chats, Whatsapp as well as social media enquiries.
In addition, we are also privilege to be serving 1.2 Million Etiqa Insurance subscribers through the establishment of our Command Centre where orders related to batteries and roadside assists, including tow truck services, tyre replacements, locksmith and fuel top-up are redistributed to our nationwide on-the-ground providers of BHero, BPreneur and BBuddy ecosystem network.
Our internal technology, data and innovation departments also resides here at Bateriku Podium to maintain data integrity while at the same dissect and digest the daily data to improve our daily operations where we look to deliver Awesome Customer Experience to beyond batteries services.
